The Ordinary Salicylic Acid 2% Masque is designed to reduce dull skin tone and texture imperfections. It is enriched with charcoal and clay to make the skin smoother and clearer, while giving the face a refreshing feeling. The structure of salicylic acid promotes its lipophilicity and mixing with the lipids present on the skin's surface. It is a suitable ingredient to remove dead skin cells from the surface of oily and blemish-prone skin to reveal a more radiant complexion. Charcoal and clay are ingredients whose deep cleansing properties are widely recognized, as these substances are porous and can attract dirt over a large surface area. They allow the removal of dirt from the skin that would otherwise remain on the surface of the skin and clog pores. Compared to Salicylic Acid 2% Solution , Salicylic Acid 2% Masque is a rinse-off formula. Leave it on the skin for no longer than ten minutes to enhance its ability to exfoliate dead skin cells.

USE

Use once or twice a week on thoroughly cleansed, clean skin. Do not use on wet skin. Apply evenly to the face with your fingertips, avoiding the eye area. Leave on for no longer than ten minutes. Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water. Do not apply to the eye area and avoid contact with the eyes during application and rinsing. It is recommended to test on a small area of skin before use: apply the product to a small area of skin once a day for three consecutive days to check if your skin is sensitive to the product. If severe irritation, itching, swelling of the mouth and eyes, ulceration or difficulty breathing occurs, rinse, discontinue use and consult a doctor immediately. Keep out of reach of children.
